The Apnealytics CPAP app: your night, on your phone by morning

Upload your card on the web; live with your therapy on your phone. The Apnealytics CPAP app for iPhone, iPad and Android shows last night's Sleep Score and AHI the moment you wake, syncs your vitals from Apple Health or Health Connect, opens any night's waveforms, and nudges you gently when gear is due or usage slips.

Free on every plan · Web, iPhone, iPad, Android

What it is

The companion app is the same account as the web portal, built for mornings and appointments rather than uploads. It is a universal iOS app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and an Android app for phones and tablets with Health Connect built in on Google Play. Card import remains web-only today; the apps import CSV and JSON exports and sync your health data.

How it works

Five-step diagram: sign in with magic link, Google or email; allow Apple Health or Health Connect with per-type toggles; nights appear as rows; open a night to on-device waveforms; gear-due and usage-slip notifications without health numbers
  1. Sign in

Use the same magic link, Google sign-in or email and password as the web. Family members sign in with their own login on the shared account.

  2. Allow health sync

On iOS, grant Apple Health access; on Android, grant Health Connect. Only daily summaries ever leave the device, and you can disconnect from your phone's settings at any time.

  3. Your nights appear

Everything you have uploaded on the web is there, with vitals beside it.

  4. Open a night

Tap into detail, and on Pro parse that night's waveforms right on the device with pinch-to-zoom.

  5. Let it nudge you

Turn on push notifications for gear due and usage slips. No health numbers appear on your lock screen.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is the Apnealytics app on the App Store?

Yes. The iPhone and iPad app is on the App Store and the Android app is on Google Play. Download either one, sign in with your Apnealytics account and your nights are already there.

Can I upload my SD card from the app?

Not yet. Card import is web-only today; phones cannot reliably read a card reader and handle multi-gigabyte folder uploads. Upload at my.apnealytics.com, then everything appears in the app. The apps do import CSV and JSON exports and sync vitals.

What does the app read from Apple Health or Health Connect?

Daily resting heart rate, HRV (SDNN), SpO₂ average and low, sleep hours and weight. Only those daily summaries leave your device; no raw sensor data is uploaded. You can revoke access at any time in your phone's health settings and the data stops syncing.

Does the app work on iPad and Android tablets?

Yes. The iOS app is universal, with a layout designed for the iPad's larger screen, and the Android app supports tablets as well as phones.

Will notifications show my AHI on the lock screen?

No. Push notifications are limited to gear-due and usage-slip reminders and never include health numbers. The in-app notice feed carries the same alerts with the detail inside the app.

How do I subscribe to Pro on my phone?

Through in-app purchase on iOS or Android, or by card on the web; Pro applies to your account everywhere.

Ready for a clearer picture of your nights?

The web app is live today. iPhone and iPad are on the App Store. Android is on Google Play. Your first 30 nights are free, forever.
