Not yet — waitlist. The Luna G3, made by BMC and sold in the United States by React Health (formerly 3B Medical), is not supported in Apnealytics and a parser is not in development. It is on the waitlist. Sign-ups on this page decide when work begins. Below: what the Luna G3 records, where its card is, what Apnealytics would show for Luna G3 data, and how to join.

The Luna G3 became common in the US after 2021, when supply shortages pushed many new patients toward brands other than Philips and ResMed.
| Spec | BMC / React Health Luna G3 |
|---|---|
| Pressure range | 4–20 cmH₂O |
| Modes | CPAP, Auto-CPAP (APAP model); bilevel versions exist as Luna G3 BPAP |
| Comfort | Reslex expiratory relief (0–3), ramp, auto on/off |
| Humidifier | Integrated heated humidifier, heated tube optional |
| SD card | SD card slot on the side |
| Data files written | Proprietary BMC format |
| Bluetooth / app | Built-in cellular modem to the Luna cloud for clinicians; Bluetooth |
| Year introduced | 2020 |
| Apnealytics status | Waitlist |

The card slot is on the side of the machine. Turn the machine off and press the card to release it. Keep a card in at all times. Detailed data is written only to the card; if support ships, that card is your history.

Turn the Luna G3 off and remove the SD card.

Nights are parsed and deduplicated.
The Luna G3 records apneas, hypopneas and flow limitation. These would appear in Apnealytics' event composition with the AHI band on each night.
Auto nights would show pressure percentiles against the set range with the Reslex level alongside.
Leak as the Luna G3 records it, labelled by BMC's definition, compared per mask in Mask Analytics. Pro waveforms depend on whether the Luna G3 writes high-resolution flow data to its card.

We build in order of demand and feasibility. The Luna G3's format is proprietary and, while the machine is common, requests have so far been fewer than for the machines already supported. Each sign-up on this page is counted. When the Luna G3 reaches the front of the queue, this page changes to "in development" and you get an email.
In the meantime: SleepHQ lists BMC among its supported brands. OSCAR's support for BMC machines is limited. React Health's Luna app shows a nightly summary.

The Luna G3 uses a standard 22 mm connection and works with BMC's own masks plus ResMed, Philips and Fisher & Paykel masks. Mask tracking and replacement reminders work in your gear today:
AirFit N20, AirFit N30i, DreamWear Nasal
AirFit F20, DreamWear Full Face, Vitera
AirFit P10, Brevida

Not yet, and it is not in development. The Luna G3 is on the waitlist. Join on this page or in the compatibility checker and we will email you when work starts. You can use Apnealytics now for mask tracking, replacement reminders, Apple Health or Health Connect vitals, and oximeter overlays on Pro.
All three names refer to the same device. BMC Medical in China manufactures it; 3B Medical distributed it in the US; React Health acquired 3B Medical and now sells it under the React Health name. Apnealytics lists it as BMC / React Health so any search finds it.
No. These are React Health's own services and are not open to third parties. If support ships, Apnealytics will read the SD card directly.
SleepHQ lists BMC among its five supported brands. React Health's own app shows a nightly summary. OSCAR's Luna support is limited. Keep your cards; if Apnealytics ships support you will be able to import the history.
No. It is a free email sign-up, or simply adding the machine to your gear on a free account. If support ships, the Luna G3 will be supported on the Free plan like ResMed machines: unlimited imports and the last 30 nights, with full history and waveforms on Pro.
The web app is live today. iPhone and iPad are on the App Store. Android is on Google Play. Your first 30 nights are free, forever.
