What did my CPAP actually do last night?

Three people, one question, and the answer the app gives them every morning.

Three people and the morning answer
HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. No middle server. Nothing raw ever leaves your account.

  1. Pull the card

Every ResMed, Philips and F&P machine writes the night to an SD card. Pop it out in the morning.

A man slides the SD card out of his CPAP machine
  2. Drop the folder in

Drag the whole card into the browser. Files go straight to private storage, resumable, and re-uploads only add new nights.

The import screen with a card folder dropped in
  3. Read the night with your coffee

Score, AHI band, leak, pressure, events, Heads up. On the web, the phone, the watch.

Sleep Score 83, AHI 3.2, an 18-night streak

COMPANION APP

The same night on your phone, with Heads up expanded.

The dashboard lives on the web and needs nothing but a browser and your SD card. The apps add Apple Health, Health Connect and morning convenience.

iPhone showing last night

Free vs Pro: the full dashboard is free, including Sleep Score, AHI band, event composition, Heads up, What changed?, goals, streaks and vitals. Free shows your last 30 nights; Pro keeps your full history and unlocks per-night waveforms from the night detail screen.

ASK YOUR DATA · FREE

Ask it like you’d ask a friend who happens to be a sleep nerd.

Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. The assistant answers from your own nights, vitals, gear and compliance. Read-only, scoped to your account, on web and mobile.

How was my leak last week compared to the month before?

Last week your leak P95 averaged 9.4 L/min, down from 12.1 the month before. Best night was Tuesday at 6.1.

What changed?

You replaced the N30i cushion on the 2nd. Leak dropped the next night and stayed down; AHI followed, 4.8 → 3.2.

QUESTIONS

Things people ask before they upload.

Is this a medical device?

No. Apnealytics is a tracking and coaching tool. Machine-estimated AHI is an estimate, not a diagnosis. Every change to pressure, mask or therapy should be made with your clinician.

Do I need to upload every day?

No. Many people upload weekly or monthly. Imports are incremental and deduplicated, so uploading less often loses nothing as long as the card still holds the nights, and uploading more often just fills the dashboard in sooner.

Where do my files go?

Card files go straight from your browser to private cloud storage, behind short-lived signed links. Nothing passes through a middle server, only you can see your data, and you can export or delete everything whenever you like.

Can my phone read the SD card?

Not yet. Card import is web-only today, so open my.apnealytics.com on a computer with a card reader. The iPhone and Android apps import CSV and JSON exports, sync Apple Health or Health Connect, and show everything you have already uploaded.

What does Pro add?

Full history, per-night waveforms, oximetry overlays, the doctor-ready PDF report and share links, multiple machines with gear history, and the personal API. Pro is per account and covers every login on it. Cancel anytime.
