The Wellue O2Ring is the most popular oximeter among CPAP users for a simple reason: it is a ring, so it stays on all night. Apnealytics imports its CSV export and overlays SpO₂ and pulse on your CPAP night, then adds ODI₃, ODI₄ and T90 to the summary. Using the Wellue O2Ring with CPAP data is a Pro feature.

| Spec | Wellue O2Ring |
|---|---|
| Form | Soft silicone ring worn on the thumb or finger |
| Records | SpO₂, pulse rate, motion; some variants add body position |
| Sample interval | Every 1 s stored, exportable at 1 s or 4 s |
| Battery | Roughly 12–16 hours per charge |
| Memory | Several nights on the ring before sync |
| App | Wellue's ViHealth app for iPhone and Android; O2 Insight desktop software for Windows and Mac |
| Export | CSV (and PDF report) from the app or desktop software |
| Apnealytics status | Supported, Pro |

Open the Wellue app and sync the ring over Bluetooth so last night's session appears.
Open the session and choose Share or Export.
The app offers a PDF report too; Apnealytics needs the CSV.
Save the file to Files on iPhone, to your downloads on Android, or share it straight to the Apnealytics app.
On a computer, the desktop software exports CSV from the session list in the same way.
The CSV contains a timestamp, SpO₂, pulse and a motion column, one row per sample. Apnealytics recognises the Wellue layout and maps the columns without asking.
On the phone: in the Apnealytics app, open the night and tap Add oximetry, then pick the CSV. Or share the CSV from the Wellue app to Apnealytics directly.
On the web: at my.apnealytics.com, drop the CSV onto Import or open the night and choose Add oximetry.
Apnealytics matches the session to the right night by timestamp and aligns it to your machine's clock. If the ring's clock is off, drag the offset control to line up the dips with the events.
Import a whole folder of CSVs at once to backfill past nights. Duplicate sessions are skipped.
The night view gains two traces above the airflow and event strip: SpO₂ in one colour, pulse in another. Desaturation markers show each drop of 3 percent or more, with 4 percent drops marked more strongly. Click any marker and the Pro waveform viewer zooms to that moment so you can see what your breathing was doing when your oxygen dropped. The night summary adds average and lowest SpO₂, average and highest pulse, ODI₃, ODI₄ and T90, and each is trended over 30 nights or any range.
ODI₃ and ODI₄ count desaturations of 3 or 4 percent per hour. T90 is the time spent below 90 percent SpO₂. They describe what the oximeter saw, independent of what the machine counted as events. The two often agree and sometimes do not; the overlay exists to show you which. Neither is a diagnosis. See SpO₂ explained.

Motion artefact. A ring on a hand that moves a lot records brief false dips. The Wellue export includes a motion column, and Apnealytics flags samples with high motion so you can discount them.
Clock drift. Sync the ring with the app before bed so its clock is fresh.
4-second export. If you export at 4 s intervals the overlay is slightly smoother and brief dips may be shortened. 1 s is better when offered.
SleepHQ comparison. SleepHQ supports only its own SleepHQ-branded O2 Ring. Apnealytics reads the standard Wellue CSV, so any O2Ring works.
Oximetry import and overlays are part of Pro at $8.99 a month or $99.99 a year, per account, covering every family login. See pricing.
Yes, on the Pro plan. Export a session as CSV from the Wellue app or desktop software, import it on the web or in the iPhone or Android app, and SpO₂ and pulse are overlaid on that night's CPAP data with ODI₃, ODI₄ and T90 added to the summary.
No. Apnealytics reads the standard Wellue CSV export, so any O2Ring, including older and newer variants, imports. SleepHQ supports only its own branded ring; that limitation does not apply here.
Not today. The ring pairs with Wellue's own app, and the import path is the CSV that app exports. Sharing the CSV from the Wellue app to Apnealytics on your phone takes a few taps and works offline.
Usually clock drift between the ring and the machine. Drag the offset control on the night until the dips sit over the events. If they still disagree, that is information: the oximeter and the machine measure different things, and the overlay shows where they part company.
No. The O2Ring is a consumer oximeter, and Apnealytics is a tracking tool. The overlay and ODI and T90 numbers are there to help you understand your nights and talk to your clinician, not to diagnose anything.
The web app is live today. iPhone and iPad are on the App Store. Android is on Google Play. Your first 30 nights are free, forever.
