The CPAP dashboard that explains your night

Your machine shows one number in the morning. Apnealytics shows what sits behind it: a Sleep Score, your AHI in a plain-English band, usage, leak, pressure, event types and what changed compared to your usual nights.

WHAT IT IS

The first screen after you sign in.

Everything on it is built from the data your machine already records. Apnealytics does not add sensors or change settings.

The dashboard summarises last night and sets it against your recent history, so an unusual night stands out and an ordinary night takes two seconds to confirm.

How it works

  1. Upload your card. Drop your SD card folder into the web portal. Only new nights are added when you upload again.

  2. Nights become rows. Apnealytics parses the summary file into one record per night: AHI, event counts by type, usage, leak, pressure, EPR and respiratory rate.

  3. A Sleep Score is calculated. The 0 to 100 score blends the figures that matter most for a therapy night so you can compare nights without reading six numbers.

  4. Your baseline is learned. The dashboard tracks your usual values and compares each new night against them to produce Heads up alerts and What changed? notes.

  5. Vitals join in. If you sync Apple Health or Health Connect, resting heart rate, HRV, SpO₂ and sleep hours appear in tiles beside the therapy figures.

WHAT YOU’LL SEE

  • AHI with a bandAHI with a bandGreat, Mild, Moderate or High. Two seconds to confirm an ordinary night.
  • Event compositionEvent compositionObstructive, central, hypopnea and unclassified, as events per hour. Two nights can share an AHI and be made of very different events.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

What is a good AHI on CPAP?

Apnealytics labels AHI in bands rather than a single target: Great, Mild, Moderate and High. Many clinicians consider an AHI under five on therapy to be well controlled, but your own target depends on your diagnosis and your prescription. Machine AHI is an estimate from airflow, not a sleep study.

Why does the dashboard show leak P95 instead of average leak?

Average leak hides short, severe episodes. The 95th percentile tells you the level your leak stayed under for 95 percent of the night, which is the figure most clinicians and ResMed itself use to judge whether a mask seal is acceptable. If P95 climbs, your mask fit probably changed. See Mask fit & leak for the per-mask view.

How is the Sleep Score calculated?

The Sleep Score is a 0 to 100 summary of your therapy night built from the figures your machine records, weighted toward the ones that most affect therapy quality. It is designed for comparing your own nights to each other. It is not a clinical score and it does not replace your AHI, usage or leak figures, which are always shown alongside it.

Does the dashboard work without a phone?

Yes. The dashboard lives on the web at my.apnealytics.com and needs nothing but a browser and your SD card. The companion apps add Apple Health and Health Connect vitals and morning convenience, but every therapy figure comes from your card upload.

Can I see which pressure the machine settled on?

Yes. The dashboard shows pressure P95 alongside the minimum and maximum you have set, so you can see whether the machine spends the night near its ceiling. Pressure insights goes deeper into pressure and EPR over time.

How often should I upload my card?

As often as you like. Many people upload weekly or monthly. Because imports are incremental and deduplicated, uploading more often simply fills the dashboard in sooner, and uploading less often loses nothing as long as the card still holds the nights.
