Apnealytics is CPAP compliance software built the other way round: the patient owns the account, and shares with you. Today that means clinician share links, a doctor-ready compliance PDF and a compliance autopilot that finds the qualifying window. A consented roster view for providers is coming. The Clinic tier has no public price; talk to us.

Most provider platforms hold the data and show the patient a slice. Apnealytics holds the patient's data for the patient, with row-level security on every table, and lets them open a window for you. The result is a patient who understands their own numbers before the appointment, and a provider who gets a clean summary instead of a phone call that starts with "my machine says 4-something".
For independent providers and smaller DMEs without a manufacturer cloud contract, it also means a compliance workflow that works with any ResMed machine the patient already has, with no modem fee and no portal login to issue.

A patient creates a share link in their account and sends it to you. The link is tokenized and read-only, shows aggregate data (usage calendar, AHI trend, leak, pressure, mask and machine), is not indexed by search engines, excludes health identifiers by default, and can be revoked by the patient at any time. You open it in a browser; there is nothing to install and no account to create. If a link stops working, the patient has revoked it or their Pro plan has lapsed. See Share link not working.
A clean two-part report: a compliance section with the usage calendar, nights used, nights with four or more hours, and percentage over the period; and a clinical section with AHI trend, event composition, leak P95 and pressure P95 against the set range. The patient downloads it and brings it, emails it or uploads it to your portal. Layout is designed to be read in thirty seconds.
Payers typically require four or more hours on 70 percent of nights in a consecutive 30-day window inside the first 90 days. Autopilot scans the patient's history, finds the qualifying window automatically, and drafts the compliance letter with the dates and figures filled in. For a DME this removes the back-and-forth of asking a patient to find the right month. Details on the DME page.
Every patient, Free or Pro, has the nightly dashboard, Nights list, Knowledge Hub articles on the 4-hour/70% rule, mask seal and leak, and gear replacement reminders. Pro patients can open per-night waveforms. A patient who has already looked at their leak trace asks better questions.
A provider workspace listing the patients who have consented to share with you, with compliance status, last upload, AHI band and leak at a glance, and a click-through to the same read-only aggregate view the share link gives today. Consent is granted and withdrawn by the patient, per provider. This is the Clinic tier. Pricing is not published; it depends on roster size and whether you need API access. Talk to us at info@apnealytics.com.
A bridge that syncs cards without a manual upload is on the roadmap. Until it ships, patients upload on the web portal, and the upload is incremental, so a monthly habit is enough for a compliance window.
Apnealytics is a tracking and coaching tool that patients use for their own data; it is not a medical device and does not make diagnoses. For a provider using share links and PDFs the patient hands you, the patient is sharing their own information with you, as they would by printing a report.
For the roster view, where a provider would access patient data inside Apnealytics under consent, we expect to operate as a business associate. Our technical posture today is described on the security page: row-level security, private storage with short-lived signed URLs, TLS everywhere, no PHI in logs, export and deletion within 30 days.
that want patients to arrive with a readable summary and want fewer "what does this number mean" calls.
that need a reliable compliance letter inside the 90-day window without chasing cloud-portal access for every machine.
who set patients up with ResMed machines and want to offer a modern app without building one.
who work with patients between clinic visits.
Tell us your roster size, the machines your patients use and whether you need a BAA. We will tell you honestly what works today and what is still being built. Email info@apnealytics.com.
Today, patients share their own data with you through revocable links and PDFs, which does not place Apnealytics in a business-associate role. For the coming roster view, where providers access patient data within Apnealytics under consent, we expect to sign BAAs. Our security controls are described on the security page.
There is no published price. The Clinic tier is coming and pricing will depend on roster size and API needs. Email info@apnealytics.com and we will talk it through. Share links, the compliance PDF and compliance autopilot are available today through a patient's Pro plan at $8.99 a month or $99.99 a year.
ResMed AirSense 10 and 11, AirCurve 10 and 11, and the S9 and Lumis families, from the SD card. Philips DreamStation 1 and 2 and Fisher & Paykel SleepStyle are supported too. Löwenstein prisma is partly supported. BMC/React Health Luna G3 and Transcend are on the waitlist. The ResMed AirMini has no card and cannot be read by any tool.
No. A share link opens in any browser, read-only, with no sign-in. It shows aggregate therapy data and excludes health identifiers by default. The patient can revoke it at any time, and it stops working if their Pro plan lapses.
Not as a provider platform today. Apnealytics is patient-owned; the provider roster view is coming. What it offers now is a better-prepared patient and a compliance PDF or letter that works for any ResMed card, without a modem or a manufacturer portal.
The web app is live today. iPhone and iPad are on the App Store. Android is on Google Play. Your first 30 nights are free, forever.
