Sign in at my.apnealytics.com, open Import and drop in the card's folder from a card reader. The upload goes directly to private storage and resumes if interrupted. Repeating it later only adds new nights. The phone apps do not read the card; they import CSV and JSON exports and sync health data.
ResMed machines write the night's summary to the card after the session ends, and some details appear only after the next power cycle. Upload the card after the machine has been idle, and check that the card was in the machine overnight. See No data for last night.
If you subscribed on the web, open Settings, choose Manage subscription and cancel there. If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad, cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See Manage your subscription.
Yes. Family members get their own login on one account, free, and each sees their own nights. One Pro plan covers everyone on the account. See Family members on one account.
Open Settings and choose Delete account, or export first if you want a copy. Deletion removes your nights, vitals and raw files and completes within 30 days. Share links stop working immediately.
