Apnealytics for iPhone: last night, before you are out of bed

The Apnealytics CPAP app for iPhone puts your Sleep Score, AHI, usage and leak on the first screen you look at each morning, with resting heart rate and SpO₂ from Apple Health right beside them. It is available on the App Store today.

What the app is for

The web portal is where your SD card goes. The iPhone app is where you live with the results. It is the same account, so every night you have uploaded is already there when you sign in, and it adds the things only a phone can do: Apple Health sync, Face ID, and a gentle push when a filter is due or usage slips.

Card import stays on the web. The iPhone app imports CSV and JSON exports and syncs health data, but it does not read a data card.

Six screens

  • Home and Sleep ScoreHome and Sleep ScoreYour night in one glance. The Sleep Score (0 to 100) sits above last night's AHI and its band, usage hours and leak P95. Below it, a 30-night trend, your current streak and any Heads up alert such as "AHI 8.5 — 2.9× your usual ~3.0". Tap the alert to open that night.
  • NightsNightsEvery night on therapy, newest first. Each card carries the date, AHI with its band, usage and leak so you can scan a month in seconds. Free shows the last 30 nights; Pro shows everything you have ever uploaded.
  • Night detail with waveforms (Pro)Night detail with waveformsProEvent composition, leak P95, pressure P95 and set range, EPR, respiratory rate and SpO₂ median. On Pro, the raw files for that night are parsed on the phone the moment you open it, and you can pinch to zoom and drag a crosshair across airflow, pressure, leak and the event strips.
  • VitalsVitalsResting heart rate, HRV (SDNN), SpO₂ average with the nightly low shaded, sleep hours and weight, all from Apple Health and shown next to your therapy. Pick 30D, 90D, 1Y or All, or tap a day to drill in.
  • Ask your dataThe same read-only assistant as the web. Add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key once, then ask about your therapy in plain language. It can only read your account's aggregates, and it cannot change anything.
  • Gear and ReportsYour machine and mask from a catalog of 45 machines and 62 masks, Mask Analytics (seal, AHI and usage per mask), replacement reminders with one-tap reorder, and your own gear photos. On Pro, generate the doctor-ready PDF and manage clinician share links from your phone.

Built for the phone

  • Face ID lock

Turn on the app lock and Apnealytics asks for Face ID (or Touch ID, or your passcode) every time it opens. Your therapy data stays behind the same lock as your bank app.

  • Push, with nothing on the lock screen

Notifications tell you a cushion is due or that usage slipped this week. They never include a number: no AHI, no score, no hours. Anyone glancing at your phone sees "Gear reminder", nothing more. You choose which nudges you want in Settings.

  • Apple Health, read-only summaries

Grant Apple Health access once and the app reads daily summaries: resting heart rate, HRV, SpO₂ average and low, sleep hours and weight. Only those daily figures leave the device. Revoke access any time in the Health app under Sharing. See Connect Apple Health.

  • Same sign-in, same family

Magic link, Google or email and password. Family members each sign in with their own login on the shared account, and each sees their own nights.

  • Light, dark and yours

Units in Imperial or Metric, date format MDY, DMY or YMD, and a System, Light or Dark theme. The charts are hand-built and readable in both.

  • Oximetry overlays with ODI₃, ODI₄ and T90

  • Doctor-ready PDF report and compliance autopilot

  • Clinician share links

  • Multiple machines and full gear history

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is Apnealytics on the App Store?

Yes. The iOS app is on the App Store. It is a universal app, so one download covers iPhone and iPad.

Can I upload my CPAP SD card from my iPhone?

No. Card import is web-only today. Sign in at my.apnealytics.com, insert the card and upload the folder; the nights appear in the iPhone app right away. The iPhone app imports CSV and JSON files, such as oximeter exports, and syncs Apple Health.

Does the Apnealytics iPhone app work with myAir?

It does not read myAir. It reads the same data card your ResMed machine writes, which contains far more than the single myAir score: event composition, leak, pressure and, on Pro, breath-by-breath waveforms. You can keep using myAir alongside it.

Does the app show health numbers in notifications?

No. Push notifications for gear due and usage slips never include AHI, Sleep Score or hours. The lock screen shows only that a reminder exists. Open the app, behind Face ID if you have turned it on, to see the details.

Do I need Pro to use the iPhone app?

No. Free includes the Home screen, 30 nights, night detail without waveforms, Apple Health vitals, Ask your data, Gear reminders and the Knowledge Hub. Pro adds full history, waveforms, oximetry, reports, share links and the API.

Will my Apple Watch data appear?

Yes, through Apple Health. Overnight SpO₂, resting heart rate, HRV and sleep recorded by the Watch flow into the Vitals screen as daily summaries. See Apple Watch.
