One account on every screen. Apple Watch vitals sync through Apple Health.
Today Apnealytics reads every ResMed, Philips DreamStation and Fisher & Paykel machine that writes an SD card, overlays data from most consumer oximeters, and pulls daily vitals from Apple Health and Health Connect. Löwenstein and DeVilbiss are partial; React Health and Transcend are on the waitlist.
The rule is simple: anything that writes a standard summary file and a data folder will parse. Import it right now on the web portal.

Yes, if it has an SD card. Every ResMed machine that writes an STR.edf file and a DATALOG folder is supported: AirSense 10 and 11, AirCurve 10 and 11, and the S9 and Lumis families. The one exception is the AirMini, which has no card and cannot be read by any tool.
Yes. DreamStation 1 and DreamStation 2 are supported: upload the SD card and your nights appear. We never label a machine "supported" unless it actually parses real cards.
Not from the SD card. Card import is web-only today because browsers on a computer can read the card folder directly. The iPhone and Android apps import CSV and JSON exports, sync Apple Health or Health Connect, and show everything you have already imported on the web.
The Wellue O2Ring and Contec CMS50 family via CSV export, ResMed's SAD.edf file, and any oximeter that exports EDF or CSV. SpO₂ and pulse are overlaid on the night and summarised as ODI₃, ODI₄ and T90. Oximetry overlays are part of the Pro plan.
Use the compatibility checker. If your machine is not fully supported you will see "partial" or "waitlist" and a one-field form to join. Waitlist size decides our build order, so adding your machine genuinely helps.
The web app is live today. Your first 30 nights are free, forever.
