One account on every screen. Apple Watch vitals sync through Apple Health.
Connect Apple Health in the Apnealytics iPhone app and your daily resting heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, sleep hours and weight appear beside your CPAP nights. Only daily summaries leave your phone. It is free, and you can turn it off any time from the Health app.

The Apnealytics iOS app installed (App Store) and signed in.
Data in Apple Health. An Apple Watch writes sleep, heart rate, HRV and blood oxygen; many other watches, rings and scales write to Health through their own apps.
iPhone only. Apple Health lives on the iPhone; the iPad and web show the synced results.

Open Apnealytics and go to Settings.
Tap Apple Health.
Tap Connect. iOS shows the Health access sheet.
Turn on the categories you want to share. Apnealytics asks to read: Heart Rate (for resting heart rate), Heart Rate Variability, Blood Oxygen, Sleep, and Weight. You can allow some and leave others off.
Tap Allow.
Return to Apnealytics. Vitals start filling within a minute or two and refresh when you open the app.
On Home, Vitals tiles for SpO₂ (average and nightly low), resting heart rate, HRV and sleep hours. On the Vitals screen, charts for each with 30D, 90D, 1Y and All ranges and single-day drill-downs, drawn on the same timeline as your AHI trend. Weight shows against your weight goal if you set one.
Daily summaries only: one resting heart rate per day, one HRV (SDNN) figure, SpO₂ average and low, sleep hours, weight. Raw per-second heart rate and individual readings stay in Apple Health. Nothing from Health is included in clinician share links by default, in push notifications, or in logs.
No data in Health. Open the Health app and check that the category has recent entries. A Watch needs Sleep Focus and Blood Oxygen enabled to record overnight.
Permission denied. Open Health, tap your profile picture, then Apps (or Privacy, Apps), choose Apnealytics and switch categories on.
Not yet synced. Health data for last night is finalised in the morning. Open Apnealytics after you have been awake a while.
Background sync. Apnealytics reads Health when you open it.
In the Health app: profile picture, Apps, Apnealytics, turn all categories off. Or in Apnealytics Settings, tap Apple Health, Disconnect. Summaries already synced stay in your account until you delete them from Settings or delete the account.
Yes, through Apple Health. The Watch writes overnight blood oxygen, heart rate, HRV and sleep to Health on your iPhone; Apnealytics reads daily summaries from there. There is no standalone Watch app yet. See Apple Watch.
Yes. Apple Health and Health Connect sync are included in the Free plan. Pro adds recording-oximeter overlays, waveforms, full history and reports.
Read-only access to Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Blood Oxygen, Sleep and Weight, and only the categories you allow. It reads daily summaries. It does not write anything to Apple Health.
No. Apple Health lives on your iPhone, so connect it in the iPhone app. Once synced, the daily summaries appear on the web portal, iPad and Android through your account.
Write to info@apnealytics.com with what you tried and we will get back to you within a day.
