One account on every screen. Apple Watch vitals sync through Apple Health.
Two people on CPAP in one house should not need two subscriptions. Apnealytics lets you add family members on one account: each person gets their own login, their own machine and their own nights, and a single Pro plan covers everyone. Family logins are free on every plan.

An Apnealytics account can have several members. Each member signs in with their own email, by magic link, Google or password, and sees only their own therapy data: their machine, their nights, their vitals, their gear. The account owner manages billing and can see the member list. Pro, if the account has it, applies to every member.

Sign in as the account owner on the web portal or the app.
Open Settings, then Family.
Tap Add member and enter their email address.
They receive an invitation email. They accept, choose a sign-in method and set their display name.
They set up their own machine and mask under Gear and upload their own card on the web portal.
whether a member can be added without an email, e.g. a child profile
Uploads: each member uploads their own card. Nights are filed under the member who uploaded them.
Vitals: each member connects Apple Health or Health Connect on their own phone. Health data never crosses between members.
Gear and reminders: per member.
Ask your data: scoped to the signed-in member's data only.
Share links and PDF reports: created by and about the member who is signed in.
Members cannot see each other's nights, vitals or waveforms.
Only the owner can manage billing, redeem comp codes, add or remove members, or delete the account.
Any member can export their own data.
Pro is per account, $8.99 a month or $99.99 a year. When the owner subscribes, every member gets full history, waveforms, oximetry overlays, reports, share links, multiple machines and the API. No per-seat charge.
Settings, Family, choose the member, Remove. Their login stops working. Their data is removed with it; have them export first if they want a copy.
On a shared iPad or computer, sign out and sign in as the other member. Turn on the app lock on phones and tablets so Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN protects whoever is signed in. Push notifications never show health numbers on the lock screen.
If you manage a parent's or partner's therapy, add them as a member and help them sign in on their own device. If they prefer that you handle the uploads,. Email info@apnealytics.com and tell us your situation; carer workflows are something we want to get right.
Yes. Add family members under Settings, Family. Each gets their own login, machine and nights, and nobody sees anyone else's data. One Pro plan covers everyone; family logins are free on every plan.
No. Pro is per account. The owner subscribes once and every member on the account gets Pro features on every device.
Not by default. Each member's data is private to their login. Your spouse can create a share link or PDF for you, as they would for a clinician.
No. Each member signs in with their own email address. That keeps each person's nights and health data separate and lets each person connect their own Apple Health or Health Connect.
Write to info@apnealytics.com with what you tried and we will get back to you within a day.
