Can you tell me if my therapy is working?

We can help you read your charts and use the app, but we can't give medical advice or change your settings. For questions about your treatment, talk to your sleep clinician or equipment supplier.

Do I need an account to contact you?

No. Anyone can use the form or write to info@apnealytics.com. Give us a working email address so we can reply. Without one we can read your message but cannot answer it.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can export everything or delete everything, and deletion completes within 30 days. If you cannot find the option, send us a message with the topic "Account & billing" and we will help. Read how we protect your data on privacy and security.

My machine isn't supported yet. Who do I tell?

Use the feedback form and choose the option to add support for your machine. Sample files from the SD card move a machine up the list fastest. You can check the status of each machine on works with.

I run a sleep clinic or DME. Who should I talk to?
