One account on every screen. Apple Watch vitals sync through Apple Health.
If an Apnealytics share link is not working, there are three usual causes: the account owner is no longer on Pro, the link was revoked, or the viewer expected to see something the link hides by default. Share links are a Pro feature, read-only, aggregate-only, revocable and not indexed, and they exclude health identifiers unless the owner turns them on.

Share links work only while the account that created them is on Pro ($8.99 a month or $99.99 a year). If Pro lapsed, every link from that account stops working at once. Resubscribing restores existing links without recreating them. Check Settings, Plan.

Owners can revoke any link at any time from Settings, Sharing. A revoked link is dead for good; create a new one and send that. If you did not revoke it yourself, a family member with owner access may have, or you may be looking at an older link than the one you most recently sent.
Share links are long tokens. Email clients and messaging apps sometimes wrap or truncate them. Use the Copy button in Apnealytics and paste into a single line, or send from the Share sheet on the phone.
By default a share link shows aggregate therapy data: usage calendar, AHI trend and band, leak P95, pressure P95 and set range, event composition, machine and mask. It does not show your name, date of birth, email or health identifiers, and it does not show per-night waveforms or vitals. If your clinician needs identifiers, turn on "Show health data in shares" in Settings before creating the link, or hand them the PDF report instead, which is yours to label as you wish.
A link reflects the account's data at the time it is viewed, so a new upload appears in existing links. If the clinician says a recent night is missing, the owner has not uploaded it yet. Card import is on the web portal.
Share pages work in any modern browser with no sign-in. Corporate networks occasionally block unfamiliar domains; try a different network or device. Links are not indexed, so they will not show up in search.
Create a link per clinician and revoke it after the visit.
Send the link and the PDF report together; the PDF survives a lapse in Pro.
Do not post links publicly. Anyone with the token can view it.
Write to info@apnealytics.com with what you tried and we will get back to you within a day.
