One account on every screen. Apple Watch vitals sync through Apple Health.
The AirSense 11 SD card sits behind a small hinged cover on the left side of the machine, as you face the screen. Remove it while the machine is idle, upload on the web portal, and put it back before bed.

Face the machine. On the left side, near the back, there is a slim rectangular cover with a slight lip. Behind it is the SD slot and the card.

The home screen should be showing with no therapy running and no "Writing to card" style activity. Do not pull the card during a session or in the minute after you stop.
Hook a fingernail under the lip and swing it open. It stays attached.
Push gently until it clicks, then release. The card springs out a few millimetres.
Hold it by the edges.
with the label side matching your reader's orientation. See Which SD card reader.
Open Import and drop in the card's folder. Nothing is written to the card during upload.
Eject in your computer first. Slide the card into the AirSense 11 slot, contacts first, until it clicks. Close the cover. The screen may briefly show a card icon as it is recognised.
The small switch on the side of the SD card should be in the unlocked position (toward the contacts, not toward the label edge marked LOCK). If it is locked, the machine cannot record tonight and you will see no data for that night.
The card holds many months of nights. Monthly is plenty for most people; weekly if you are adjusting settings or a mask. Re-uploads only add new nights.
The machine shows a card error: remove and reinsert, making sure it clicks. If it persists, the card may be faulty; ResMed supplies replacements.
No new nights after upload: see No data for last night.
Upload will not start: see Upload fails or stalls.
Yes, as long as therapy is not running and the machine is idle on the home screen. Do not remove it mid-session or immediately after stopping, because the machine finishes writing the night's summary then. Waiting a minute or two after therapy ends is enough.
The machine runs without a card, but it does not record detailed data without one. For Apnealytics you need the card in the machine every night and in your reader when you upload. Put it back as soon as the upload finishes.
No. Apnealytics only reads from the card. Nothing is written or deleted. The card keeps every night until the machine itself cycles old data, which takes many months.
The left side as you face the screen, near the back, behind a small hinged cover. The AirSense 10 is similar but the cover sits in a slightly different place; see the AirSense 10 article.
